PipeProject:Licensing

This PipeProject is devoted to manually put correct licensing templates (this includes personal image templates, though they are not license templates) for already-uploaded images, an arduous task since there is currently over 32,000 files uploaded, many of which don't have licenses, or proper licenses, and many more which don't have proper summaries.

Goal

Edit as many image pages as possible to include proper licenses, by way of one or more of the following techniques:

1. Look at all the pages of the image namespace and add licenses one by one
2. Use Special:Random to find an article with a file, and check for it to have a license
3. During your contributions, checking every image you come across

Using the proper format (explained below). If you would like to help uploading images, which now supports licenses, consider joining PipeProject:Media instead.
