Alternatively, [[Fire Mario]] can defeat the octopus with six [[fireball]]s. The smaller octopodes cannot be harmed, and are the most dangerous threat in the battle. Once defeated, Mario will gain one of the six Golden Coins needed to take back his castle from [[Wario]].
