The tenth and final wave is unique, as it involves Bowser Jr. himself. In this wave, he uses his Koopa Clown Car's mechanical boxing gloves to knock out the players, who have 20 seconds to avoid him. Players who survive the wave are awarded three points. Bowser Jr.'s behavior in this wave is similar to his behavior in [[Bowser Jr.'s Pound for Pound]] from ''[[Mario Party: Star Rush]]''.
