'''Deep, Dark Secret''' is the [[Darkmess Puddle]] battle in ''[[Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope]]'', located at [[Cursa's stronghold]]. In this battle, a [[Darkmess]] copy of [[Edge]] is fought, known as [[Darkmess Edge]]. It was created because [[Cursa]] created Edge, and thus was able to create a Darkmess copy of her. Edge must be used in this battle, while the player can choose the other 3 characters. After the battle, Edge reveals to the group that she was created by Cursa.

==Layout==
The battlefield is split across 6 floating islands, including the starting area, pipes connect between the islands, with the center island having a lower elevation than the others. Similar to [[King of Darkmess]], the battlefield is symmetrical. [[Jump Panel]]s are scattered across the islands. Darkmess Edge starts at the center island, along with a [[Medician]] and an [[Oozer (Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope)|Oozer]]. 2 [[Scoper]]s are also present, one on the two back islands each.

==Battle==
During the battle, indestructible [[Darkmess portal]]s will appear throughout the battlefield, containing said enemies, along with [[Spellraiser]]s and [[Stooge]]s. After Darkmess Edge is defeated, the battle is won.

==Trivia==
*On the four sides off of the battlefield, statues of the [[Spark Hunters]] can be seen, except for Edge. The west side has one for [[Midnite]], the north side has one for [[Daphne]], the east side has one for [[Bedrock]], and the south side has a statue of [[Kanya]] from [[The Last Spark Hunter]] DLC with the statue's head missing.
