The '''Copy Block''' is an  [[block]] created by the [[http://www.mariowiki.com/Toad_(species)#Paper_Mario_series|Paper Toad]]s that allows [[Paper Mario]] to create 6 copies of himself in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam]]''. After saving the 8 Paper Toads in [[Peach's Castle]], they and [[Toadette]] make the Copy Block and give it to [[Starlow]]. Afterwards, while battling with the [[Sunbeam Plains Paper Goomba]], Paper Mario floats in to the battlefield and [[Starlow]] gives him the Copy Block. Every time he gets hit, he does not take any damage and one of his copies die for him instead. Paper Mario only starts accumulating damage when all clones of him are dead. During the [[http://www.mariowiki.com/Petey_Piranha#Paper_Mario:_Sticker_Star|Paper Petey Piranha]] boss fight, he steals the Copy Block from Paper Mario and makes copies of himself.

There is a special [[Battle Card]] that enables Paper Mario to create eight copies of himself after using it.
