Member of Game Boy Club

Cart Robo are humans turned into sentient golf carts, with eyes where the headlights are, that briefly appear in the Super Mario Land 3 manga.

When Gorufuman Robo tries to cheat during a golf match with Mario and Peach, the caddie Ayako Okamomo and the other enslaved gardeners of the Game Boy Club call him out for it. Exposed, Gorufuman calls Golf Daiō for backup and he zaps the gardeners (Ayako manages to get out of the way in time) with a modifying ray that turns them into Cart Robo. Even in this form, the Cart Robo expose his next cheat, when he tries to pass off a hidden giant fan as strong wind that hinders just Mario and Peach, to which the Cart Robo shoves the bushes and branches that were covering the fan.

After Mario and Peach win against Gorofuman, the gardeners return to normal. In the second part of the story, however, Golf Daiō zaps them again with the same laser, but this time he turns them into American cartoon characters, which once again return to normal once he is defeated.
