A Bumbler from Mario Pinball Land

Bumblers[1] are bee enemies in Mario Pinball Land. It tries to chase Mario with its stinger pointed in the direction it travels, though it stops after a while. If stung by a Bumbler, Mario moves out of control. Bumblers appear only in Grassy Greens Stage's second part, which has a windmill with Petey Piranha. Three Bumblers come out of the nearby beehive if Mario hits it, and he can earn a Star by defeating all three Bumblers. If left alone long enough, the Bumblers return to the beehive. After inserting Petey Piranha's Star Key in his boss statue, a Bumbler appears if Mario hits a beehive in the starting area of Grassy Greens Stage.
