18-Volt appears once more in Gold, as the host of the fourth stage of the Twist League of the Wario Bowl. His microgames are of the Nintendo Classics genre. In his stage, he walks along Emerald Street only to stop when he notices Ralphie crying to see what is wrong. Ralphie points to 13-Amp, who stole his video games including his prized Nintendo 3DS. 18-Volt challenges 13-Amp to a rap battle with the conditions being that she has to give him Ralphie's games if she loses but 18-Volt has to give her his games if she wins. (The Japanese version of WarioWare Gold specifies that 18-Volt will give up a Nintendo Switch.) This rap battle is the stage, with 18-Volt winning the bar for each microgame the player wins and losing the bar for each microgame the player loses. The stage ends with 18-Volt winning, who returns the stolen items to Ralphie. Afterward, 13-Amp asks what school 18-Volt goes to. He explains he is a fourth grader at Diamond City Elementary, and as he leaves he says he is available at the playground for a rematch. Post stage dialogue states that 13-Amp has not taken the offer.
18-Volt appears once more in Gold, as the host for the Twist League Nintendo Classics microgames. As he is walking along Emerald Street, he notices a crying child on the street and asks what is wrong. The child tells him that a girl named 13-Amp stole his video games, causing 18-Volt to engage in a rap battle with 13-Amp, under the condition that the winner takes the loser's games. Eventually, 18-Volt wins back the stolen games and tells 13-Amp to meet him at the playground of Diamond City Elementary should she want a rematch before walking off, leaving 13-Amp shocked that she was beaten by someone in the fourth grade.

18-Volt is symbolically represented by graffiti of a tiger with a point of brown hair holding a disc, just like 18-Volt's. This iconography appears in the background during the intro cutscene, and the Touch Screen in the stage shows his graffiti dueling 13-Amp's own. The tiger grows bigger when the player wins microgames but shrinks when the player loses.
18-Volt also appears in the Potluck Gang set of the Ultra League, where he goes on a camping trip with Orbulon, 9-Volt, Ashley, Red, Dribble, Spitz, Mike, and 5-Volt. He brings vegetables to the potluck and is then seen playing cards with the rest of the group.

In the English, European French, and European Spanish versions of WarioWare Gold, 18-Volt only stakes his games in the rap battle because of 13-Amp gloating that she is better than other people at rapping.

If the player wins, the design of the card is based on 18-Volt.

In the ending, 18-Volt joins Wario's friends in requesting Wario pay them. He admonishes Wario's plan to run away with the money and joins the others in divvying it up. In the credits, 18-Volt appears alongside 13-Amp on Emerald Street.
