Ummm... so is he a child? He seems to be best friends with 9-Volt and goes to an elementary school, though his physique confuses me as to whether he is an adult.Knife (talk) 16:28, 26 August 2007 (EDT)

- He seems to be around the age of a high-school senior, which is why they made him go to elementary school: it's funny. But he's still a "child" since he seems under 18.
