Articles Under Construction

IMO it doesn't make much sense to list articles under construction here. I mean, most of those articles have the construction tag because a user is working on them, i.e. they don't need the attention of other users. I propose to put articles with the rewrite tag here instead (or something else, if someone can come up with a better idea). Time Questions 17:45, 22 August 2009 (EDT)

The Pipe Plaza is basically the place where we put our announcements, so now that we have a Pipe Plaza template, I don't think we should have {{Announcement}} anymore. · SMB (Talk) · 17:50, 22 August 2009 (EDT)
