Rat is a boss in the game Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins. He is fought much the same way Morten Koopa Jr. is fought in Super Mario World. He will run up walls and in pipes, and will crawl to the top of the ceiling and fall straight onto Mario. If you jump on top of him 3 times he will be defeated.
