Slippa
Slippas are a fairly common type of snake that is orange with black stripes.
Appearances
The first appearance of Slippas is in Donkey Kong Country where they, along with Gnawtys and Zingers are one of the most common enemies. Slippas also appear in Donkey Kong Land. They are essentially the same enemy in either game. Slippas are mostly found in mines, caves and occasionally factories. The boss Dumb Drum also creates Slippas.
Characteristics
Like most enemies, Slippas attempt to attack Donkey or Diddy by charging into them. However, the Kongs can jump on a Slippa to defeat it. Sometimes Oil Drums and other types of barrels will continually spawn an endless number of Slippas until destroyed. The Kongs can also do a roll out attack to defeat them.
Trivia
- Slippas have a resemblance to the coral snake, a snake found on several locations on Earth.
