HI! Nice to meet you! Capitalizing titles is a format rule in this wiki, I saw that the game doesn´t capitalize it, but here, we must capitalize al titles :/ --(talk) The 'Shroom 10:46, 23 August 2009 (EDT)
Congrats!
Youre doing a great job on the Wario Land 2 levels! Keep up the good job! --(talk) The 'Shroom 18:17, 25 August 2009 (EDT)
Re: Bowser, Mario, Timelines and stuff
Thanks for your support! And don't worry: unless you tried posting personal opinions on mainspace, it's not considered spam. Also, thanks for all the work you've been doing on the Wario Land 2 levels - we need all the help we can get when it comes to Wario (and Donkey Kong) information. Just a couple pointers: always use gender-neutral pronouns when referring to the "player" (instead of "he", use "they"), and instead of using "<br>" to separate paragraphs in an article section, use two normal line-skips (it makes it easier to differentiate between the paragraphs). For the infobox, you don't need the space between the "=" and the before/after level links (you already don't use the space for the other headers, though, which is great); also, you don't need a "<br clear=all>" at the bottom if there's no navigation templates. These are all obscure little things, though, so don't sweat not knowing them: you're doing a great job! - Walkazo 18:18, 26 August 2009 (EDT)
- I went through a bunch of your level articles, and there were only one or two spelling mistakes per page - I've seen native English speakers do much worse! I'm terrible at spelling in my only second-language (French) - if I didn't have a dictionary handy, I wouldn't ever try writing in it on the Internet. I noticed you added yourself to MarioWiki:Babel; that's great, however you forgot to add the levels at which you can speak your languages (you should have "", and "" (we're getting rid of level 5 soon)). Once you're around for a little while longer, you'll get more familiar with our coding (I hope you stick around - so many great users leave after only a couple weeks...). <br clear=all> is hard to explain; it basically pushes everything below it down in order to prevent things from overlapping or getting over-crowded. For example, compare Chocolate Island (no <br clear=all> means the image goes side-by-side with the infobox above it) and Chocolate Secret (<br clear=all> means the templates go below the infobox). If you still don't get it, that's okay: I still run into codes that I have no clue about! - Walkazo 20:41, 26 August 2009 (EDT)
- No worries: I only had to make a few changes to each page, which is the sort of maintenance work I enjoy the most. Choose whatever level you feel is best for you - if you think you'd be better placed in Level 3 English, then by all means, make yourself a Level 3. - Walkazo 22:18, 26 August 2009 (EDT)
Wow, another one!!!
Well, first of all hi! Good to meet you. You seem to be pretty cool. Of course me saying that doesn't mean much.... Well, I'm happy to see another German. User:Time Q and User:Cobold are German too. I'm not German, but my family has a big German past, so I know some German and all that. See you around. Luigifreak (talk)
