Dazzle.

Dazzle is a Star Piece collector who lives in Rogueport Sewers in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Upon Mario's first visit to Rogueport Sewers, he would be found near the pillar outside of Merluvlee's building. He is obsessed with Star Pieces, and will trade rare Badges to acquire them. Dazzle fulfills the same role as Merlow, the young Shaman from Shooting Star Summit in Paper Mario.
