Universal Fan Fest Nights
Universal Fan Fest Nights is an event taking place at Universal Studios Hollywood on select nights from April 25 to May 18, 2025. It is similar to Universal's Halloween Horror Nights event, but is instead themed around various licenses that the theme park holds. At Super Nintendo World, some Yoshi-themed experiences were set up for the event, including the introduction of him, a Pink Yoshi, and a Light-blue Yoshi as meet-and-greet characters.[1]
Super Nintendo World experiences
Other than the addition of Yoshi, who can be met near Peach's Castle where Toad is normally meetable, the event includes a Yoshi's Egg hunt activity. To participate in the activity, participants have to first get a paper headband, which comes in variations with artwork of Yoshi, Light-blue Yoshi, or Pink Yoshi and includes hints on where to find the eggs. Participants then have to find five hidden Yoshi's Eggs around Super Nintendo World. When an egg is found, a sticker of that egg is added to the headband. The following is all five Yoshi's Eggs hidden in the area:[2]

Once all eggs are found, participants receive a final golden Yoshi sticker, and they are given the opportunity to meet a Light-blue or Pink Yoshi in the Yoshi-themed area of the queue of Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge.[2]
A drone show was also planned, but it was canceled due to regulation changes.[3]
Food and drinks
Two Yoshi-themed food items were made available at Toadstool Cafe for the event.[4]
