Nintendo Power Advance

The Nintendo Power ADVANCE magazines were spin-offs on the Nintendo Power mags, released in 2001, and stoped the same year. They exclusivley contained information for Gameboy Advance games, the last being a complete guide for Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World. Only four issues were printed, and Mario personally appeared on the covers of all but one. Here's a gallery of the three covers he starred on.
