Move Odyssey section to Cannonball[edit]
Oddly enough the Bowser themed explosives in Bowser's Kingdom are identified in the brochure as "cannonballs". Does this mean the section on this page should be moved over to the Cannonball page or is that page more specific than that? Salmancer (talk) 23:42, August 14, 2024 (EDT)

This article treats inert or stomped Bob-ombs as interchangeable with normal bombs. I'm not too convinced it should, personally. To me, that feels like lumping Spiny Egg with normal spiked balls. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 00:25, April 5, 2025 (EDT)
- The article makes it clear that the Bob-ombs that do so become normal bombs. PrincessPeachFan (talk) 07:25, April 5, 2025 (EDT)
- They -aren't- "normal bombs," though, they still have the eyes and keys, and sometimes even the feet. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 10:12, April 5, 2025 (EDT)
- Except in Super Mario 3D World, which seems to be the section in question. That should stand, in those games specifically a stomped Bob-omb becomes a normal explosive. Salmancer (talk) 10:26, April 5, 2025 (EDT)
- The entire article lists games where they're describing inert Bob-ombs still with Bob-omb features, like Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 10:51, April 5, 2025 (EDT)
