Koopa Sez is an aerobics show appearing in the Super Mario World television series episode "Rock TV." It stars King Koopa, who wears fitness attire on the show. The title is a reference to the children's game Simon Says.

During the episode, when Mario inserts a Coin into the Koopasonic Rock TV he and Luigi bought from "Robby Rockwell" (actually a diguised King Koopa), the Coin hits the head of a Koopa Wizard hidden inside it, who casts a spell on them. Koopa Sez then starts, where King Koopa gives his viewers several commands, such as "cluck like a Chickadactyl," which Mario, Luigi, and the Cave People, in a trance, follow. Eventually, King Koopa says that he has a "real special game [he] wants everybody to play," and tells his viewers to listen closely. At that point, Mario and Luigi's Rock TV breaks down, snapping them out of their trance. King Koopa proceeds to command all of the Cave People to go to the Dome Castle to capture Mario and Luigi, and the program cuts to a program interruption screen.
