Missing headers based on first entry

There is a problem with this template: if the first entry lacks a parameter, then the header for the corresponding column will not be displayed even though other entries use that parameter. For example, Big Gringill#Internal names does not have a meaning1 parameter, which means that the "Meaning" header will not be displayed, but it has a meaning2 parameter that produces a cell that sticks out and is not part of an actual column.
