Baby Bowser's Castle appears as a location in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. It is first visited by the four Mario Bros. (Mario, Luigi, Baby Mario, and Baby Luigi) after the Koopa Cruiser is shot down by the Shroobs, causing it to land on the castle. The adult and baby Mario Bros. are divided at first but eventually reunite and start their adventure together. Baby Bowser is never shown inside of the castle. There is a time hole linking to present-day Peach's Castle. A Cobalt Shard is discovered by the Mario Bros. inside of a chest. The present-day map erroneously still depicts Baby Bowser's Castle.
