About

This template is for a page pending to have another page merged into it depending on the outcome of an ongoing talk page discussion or proposal.

Usage

• Basic format: {{merge from|Source page}}
• Change the "discuss" link...
  • To a section on the source talk page: {{merge from|Source page|Source talk section}}
  • To a different talk page and section: {{merge from|Source page|discuss=Talk:Article#Topic}}

An optional proposal parameter can be used to link to a deciding proposal, an optional reason parameter can be used to add a reason, an optional text parameter can be used to change the link text, an optional section parameter can be set if this only applies to a section, and an optional partial parameter can be set if this is a partial merge.
