Goomba Quiche is a type of food appearing in the Super Mario World episode "Born to Ride." Despite its name, it appears more like a stew. According to Duke, it is prepared by Lulu.
Goomba Quiche first appears in the episode when it is eaten by the Dino Riders at their picnic near some lava. When Mario asks for some food, Duke offers them some of the quiche as his and Luigi's "last meal." Apparently disgusted by it, Mario and Luigi decline the offer, wanting to have their "last meal" next week. Goomba Quiche is later seen after Yoshi eats the ropes binding the Mario Bros, where the Dino Riders throw some of the quiche at them as ammunition, only for Yoshi to eat the quiche.
