Split into "Snaking Coins" from a level name?

I think there's a policy or proposal saying basing names of objects off level names is banned, I just forget where it is. In the non-zero % chance where that isn't true, can't the similar object on this page be named "Snaking Coins" based on the name of the course Chase the Snaking Coins from Super Mario Run?
