Megaton Koopa Hō is a form that Bowser takes Super Mario-kun volume 14. He takes the shape of a bazooka, vaguely similar to a Super Scope.
Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi end up in the future, where Bowser won over the Mario Brothers and is ruling the Mushroom Kingdom. When future Bowser finally meet up with his old rivals, he shows off his new magic powers by transforming into the Megaton Koopa Hō to shoot them, but without someone to hold him or press the trigger, he remains immobile. Taking advantage of this, the Toads of the future, freed by Mario from the Koopalings, kick and punch him, putting an end to his domain. Defeated, Bowser takes inspiration for a photo of Baby Mario and uses his magic powers to go back in time and prevent Mario's birth, starting off the Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island arc.
