About

Use this template to check whether a proposal has reached consensus or not. Here are the parameters, in order:

• The number of votes that the leading option has
• The number of votes that the second place option has
• The number of unique users who voted in the proposal

Examples

Support/oppose proposal

• Support: Matthew, Bryan, Luke, James, Craig, Barry
• Oppose: Greg, Sam, Tim

• "Support" is the leading option and "Oppose" is the second place option.

Multi-option proposal

• Option 3: Fred, Greg, Sarah, Lucy, Tyler
• Option 4: Greg, Sarah, Tyler, Jim

• "Option 3" is the leading option. Options 1 and 4 are tied for second place.
  • It doesn't matter that second place is tied; the answer is still 4 votes.
• While the proposal has 16 total votes, it only has 11 unique users.
