Rally Challenge (Advanced) is the twenty-first mission in Mario Tennis Aces, taking place in Savage Sea.

Layout[edit]

After Mario defeats Gooper Blooper, Kamek comes and wants to play tennis with Mario. Toad refuses, claiming they do not have time for this, which makes Kamek angry. Toad says that he advises against making Kamek angry, and Mario agrees to Kamek's challenge.

In the match, Mario must keep rallying the ball to Kamek. Each individual rally is worth one point, and Mario must score 400 to win. Mario scores ten bonus points for the tenth consecutive rally, twenty points for the twentieth consecutive rally, and thirty points for every ten subsequent consecutive rallies. The mission ends in a failure if Mario misses a ball three times.

Afterwards, Kamek becomes embarrassed and flies away, leaving the Shell Racket behind and allowing Mario to receive it.

In-game text[edit]

  • "Keep rallying until you reach 400 points!"
