Picross NP[1] was a series of eight Picross games released exclusively on the Super Famicom in Japan and made only available via the Nintendo Power service. The games were released bi-monthly, from April 1999 to June 2000.
Gameplay
It is a Picross game in which the player plays with a pencil and eraser to uncover pictures. In order to uncover the correct picture, number clues are given to show how many squares go in each row or column. Each Picross NP game was based on a Nintendo game:
