The old artwork of Peach standing already exists as File:PeachM.png, and the "new" one is fan-made. Please do not upload unofficial artwork for use on articles (if it's from another wiki, make sure to check it's official first), and especially don't pass it off as artwork in a game.
Also, for future uploads, make sure you remove uncategorized in the summary and replace it with a category link. If it's not from a particular game, just type
, otherwise add a game image category link (e.g.
- more explained here). Mario JC 19:55, March 13, 2021 (EST)
Please stop uploading fanmade images on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing. If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it. |
You're still doing this. Please do not upload fanmade images unless you plan on using them as personal images. -- Too Bad! Waluigi Time! 12:07, March 18, 2021 (EDT)
This is a warning to stop your inappropriate behavior (uploading fanmade images) on the Super Mario Wiki. Please adhere to the rules or you will be blocked from editing this site. If you feel this warning was undeserved, you may appeal it. |
Always check the source of the image. If it's not by Nintendo, then don't upload it. Wynn Liaw 10:24, March 28, 2021 (EDT)
- Like Waluigi Time said above, if you are going to use them as personal images, tag them with DiegoLedezma and create a userpage to put them in, otherwise they will be deleted.

If you’re going to keep uploading fan-made content, at least add the personal-image template to your uploads like other users told you above. Keep in mind that each user is only permitted a maximum of 5 personal images. -- KOOPA CON CARNE 11:15, March 28, 2021 (EDT)
Latest appearance
Hello, the latest appearance parameter is an infobox parameter we should keep around as it describes the latest game an enemy has appeared in, as well as the latest entry in the Super Mario series. Any explanation for the removal? Ray Trace(T|C) 16:27, March 20, 2021 (EDT)
- Additionally, we don't update the latest appearance until after the game they are in gets released. Please hold off on updating the infoboxes until then.

Image category
Hello, DiegoLedezma. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups:
When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the aboutfile template, replacing the uncategorized template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, images related to the game Super Mario World would use: or one it its subcategories. Media files would use: Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. If you continue uploading files without categorizing them correctly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing. |
Please remember to categorise. As I mentioned above, use "Category:Nintendo Images" if the image isn't tied to a particular work. Mario JC 00:17, March 21, 2021 (EDT)
