Official name? -- Son of Suns (talk)

I'm guessing not. GalladeBack.pngGalladeBladesGallade2.png

It's probably a conjectural title, though don't look at me to find official names. BabyLuigiFire.pngRay Trace(T|C)

Talk to the Gearmo who is near the Bolt-like Wheel; he will tell you to "turn of those Water Shooters." As of now, I will remove the Conjecture Template.--Holyromanemperortatan 01:31, 7 November 2010 (UTC)

My mistake. I haven't talked to the Gearmo recently, and I completely forgot that he mentions it. Thanks for catching that! --Staple720 01:38, 20 November 2010 (UTC)

Name Based On In-Game Quote[edit]

Since there is a Gearmo that refers to this in-game as a Water Shooter, I assume that takes priority over the internal filename. To that extent is it safe to assume that the Electric and Fire variants are also called Fire Shooters and Electric Shooters? It just seems bizarre to have one with a different name, and if we're assuming the Gearmo is using the proper name is it so much of a stretch to assume that the other variants that are identical except in color and projectile are also called said name? Otherwise, why not change this one to Water Pressure and mention in trivia or somewhere that a Gearmo refers to it as a Water Shooter?

It's very possible, but since they've never actually been called that it would be a conjectural name. In-game names take priority over internal filenames so there wouldn't be any need to rename this article. --Waluigi's head icon in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Too Bad!
