Mother 3 wasn't released in America, yes. However, EarthBound (Mother 2) was released in America, and Pokey did appear in that game. For having played it, his name is infact Pokey Minch ingame. Blitzwing (talk · gnome work)

Old Pokey?

I think I've spotted a mistake.

This is probably incorrect. If you look closely, you can see what looks like his moustache from Mother 3. [1]

Uhum- He was called "Pokey" in Earthbound, as his brother is called "Picky". One, Pokes, one Picks. However, in MOTHER 3, he was changed to Porky to match the Pigmask army and such. We must include something about this. Hyper Guy (talk)

He was referred to simply as Porky in SSBB, but the name Pokeywas apparently a typo, so I think we should just leave this article as is and make a redirect from Porky to here.--FREAK ~Game Freak~ OUT!

Relevancy

Why does this article exist? Porky isn't related to the Mario franchise in any way, and I don't recall any Mario characters fighting him in the Subspace Emissary, so should we delete this? TheDarkStar 11:43, January 19, 2020 (EST)
