Kid
The image of Kid, was it a JPG like Sherry's? If so, it should be uploaded separately as the JPG instead of over the GIF as we only allow the latter format if it's animated.

Marking for deletion
It'd be helpful if you include an image link when marking an image for deletion when it gets replaced. That way we don't have to go searching for the replacement and take longer for the image to be deleted.
