Split Roulette Coin Block?

This stems from a comment I made five months ago. There is absolutely no reason for this obviously-distinct variant of the normal Roulette Block from New Super Mario Bros. 2 to not have a separate article, seeing as how even the Prima guide treats them differently. Additionally, we already set a precedent by splitting out Fire Koopa Clown Car, so...
