Warning

- What even? Serpent King 03:58, 2 April 2016 (EDT)
- I see you may be confused. I don't see anything wrong. You can get warnings appealed. See MarioWiki:Appeals. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 20:04, 7 April 2016 (EDT)
- ...Why should I put effort into appealing a clearly bogus warning? Serpent King 01:34, 8 April 2016 (EDT)
- I think it is technically against the rules to remove your own warnings. You need to be approved. Something tells me you will be approved by a moderator without fuss. Play it safe is what I say. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 01:43, 8 April 2016 (EDT)
- Also, IPs can't give warnings, so this is clearly something that should be taken down. Instead of appealing it, you could just ask an admin and I'm sure they'd remove it. I might add that you should ask whichever admin you ask to take this down to keep an eye on, this IP. J-Luigi (talk) 09:13, 8 April 2016 (EDT)

Why did you block me?!
Why did you block me?! before that Serpent King I was fair and square to you, I think the block is too far, I haven't got a Last Warn on SmashWiki. so why did you do it? TabuuandPeach (talk) 20:55, 14 April 2016 (EDT)
- Please do not take SmashWiki business to other wikis. Thanks Serpent King 21:53, 14 April 2016 (EDT)
also, Im calmed down from yesterday, so can ya unblock me? This wasn't nessary: Reason for block: trolling/disruption: Take a few days off, come back when you're ready to stop lying. TabuuandPeach (talk) 11:23, 15 April 2016 (EDT) Plus I have a hard time listening because I have ADHD. TabuuandPeach (talk) 11:24, 15 April 2016 (EDT)

Template:Quote2 Well my statement above isn't Spam, not Trolling, and is not a Personal Attack. TabuuandPeach 15:17, 12 May 2016 (EDT)
It is irrelevant (and incorrect) though. Stop harassing me or I shall report you. Serpent King 18:55, 15 May 2016 (EDT)
I do NOT harass people, I may have different views than you, that doesn't mean that im harassing you. TabuuandPeach 00:32, 16 May 2016 (EDT)
- Well, Tabuu should be reported. I thought it over. Please report him, my old friend.MasterDoopliss (talk) 15:36, 21 May 2016 (EDT)
Well it's officially settled, my ban expired so, im no longer bugging you. TabuuandPeach 15:47, 21 May 2016 (EDT)

Image category
Hello, good work with your uploads but please make sure to use the correct game category: instead of [[Category:Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga]], use [[Category:Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga Images]] The former category is meant only for articles and other pages pertaining to the game. ( • ) 20:18, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
- Saw that, sorry about that. Didn't realize there were separate categories for images. Serpent King 20:20, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
- No problem. Also you should create a separate page for your signature as pasting just the code is not allowed, see here for information. ( • ) 20:25, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
- Um what? ~~~~ is sorta the standard isn't it? I could do {{User:Serpent King/sig}} but what's the point of that? Serpent King 20:28, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
- Your signature is automatically created for you when you create an account ... and is left by typing ~~~ after your comment. ~~~~ leaves your signature and datestamp Serpent King 20:30, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
- According to the signature rules, it is mandatory to have a signature subpage if you have a custom signature (which you do), otherwise, just signing with ~~~~ will produce a generic signature with a timestamp. By "automatically created for you" it refers to the generic one that comes up when you input ~~~~ (you can try it now, it will only do the generic one as you haven't configured you custom signature) ( • ) 20:32, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
- Except I have. ~~~ = Serpent King, preference bar reads {{SUBST:User:Serpent King/sig}}. Are you talking about the date stamp? Serpent King 20:36, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
- That part is fine (it's what configures it to display the timestamp), but you need to create the page User:Serpent King/sig and paste the coding of your signature there. After that when you sign with ~~~~ it should come up with your custom sig and timestamp. ( • ) 20:38, 15 June 2016 (EDT)

- Are you copying/pasting the coding after comments? Everything is set up correctly; if that's the case then just switch to signing with four tildes and it should do the same thing. ( • ) 20:43, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
- There is no copy/pasting. That would get really annoying lol. RandomYoshi helped (I think...this is the test) Serpent King 20:44, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
My edits
What was wrong with all my edits? I was trying my best to add at images of the characters. In the Thwomp's case, it may've been subjected to deletion if left idle. As for Midbus, you actually can win the battle if you cheat the game using action replay. You will defeat him easily and you get 75 exp and 0 coins the slash was there because that's how much you will earn with the Challenge Medal equipped (the battle will still play out like you lost however). I hope this adds support to my edits. (talk) (edits) 20:30, 23 November 2016 (EST)
- I explained everything in the edit summaries. Thwomp idle should not be featured outside of a gallery because it's not a necessary representation of the character. If that means it gets deleted, so be it. For Midbus, ...the end sequence doesn't play out normally, so you don't get anything. Anyone who plays the game will know that. SmashWiki Image Dimension Restrictions
I've heard that SmashWiki is a bit more strict with images when it comes to dimensions. I like that because there are benefits to keeping things minimal, such as mobile users downloading the images being bandwidth-friendly. If you want to know true dimensions of at least Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I have test results here. Check out the N64 and GCN/Wii sections. Probably good reads. If you have any questions, let me know. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 22:32, 7 March 2017 (EST)
- Yes, for full screenshots, we like to use native resolution and dimensions. For focused shots, we don't care quite as much. Serpent King 00:03, 8 March 2017 (EST)
- Also, I should mention that PJ64 does have a habit of botching screenies. It's probably best to use an external screenshot program (I use ShareX) for that. May want to note that. Serpent King 00:10, 8 March 2017 (EST)
- There have been recent advances getting rid of oversampling the texture filter. The angrylion graphics plugin doesn't have this issue at all because it aims to be as close as possible to real hardware. GLideN64 has a "N64 mode" for texture filtering (one less pass to prevent the infamous cut-off effect of older plugins and versions). Check out this. Check out my uploads. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 00:20, 8 March 2017 (EST)
RE: F-Zero Wiki
Thanks man! I already got to work on images (my specialty here on Super Mario Wiki), but I'll continue discussing on your other talk page my findings and doings. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 02:34, 23 September 2017 (EDT)
- How often do you visit the Wiki? I get the feeling I'll be talking with you a lot there to get things on a more organized level compared to Super Mario Wiki. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 15:21, 23 September 2017 (EDT)
On another wiki, I noticed some very poor images on F-Zero Grand Prix (SmashWiki), which I uploaded a quality image F-Zero Grand Prix (Super Mario Wiki) and F-Zero Grand Prix (F-Zero Wiki). I can get File:BigBlueFZeroX.png as well, but that image is nowhere on F-Zero Wiki. I know I can register on SmashWiki, but I don't know what the limits are until I can upload, and I don't think I can contribute much anyways. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 18:32, 24 September 2017 (EDT)
