Like Likes are gelatinous tube creatures from The Legend of Zelda series. They make a crossover appearance in Super Smash Bros. Melee's Adventure Mode, where they can be found in the Underground Maze along with Octoroks and ReDeads. This game takes their appearance from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. If a character comes in contact with them, they will be swallowed whole, causing ten damage immediately. The Like Like will continue to do damage to the character until he or she can break free. They also sometimes appear out of containers such as the Party Ball.

A Like Like reappears in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS as a trophy.

They'll even take his shield and clothes! You can get them back nowadays, but when Like Likes first appeared, if you didn't take Link's Magical Shield back quickly, they'd consume it!
