Hot Shot

Drain is a magic special attack in the game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. The Drain attack only targets one party member. This attack is unblockable and has a magic power of four. Equipping the Amulet cuts the damage in half, while equipping the Safety Ring, Lazy Shell, or Super Suit negates Drain completely. Drain is a fire-based special move and its animation shows a fireball being hurled towards the enemy. As such, the users of Drain are enemies with the power to manipulate fire, such as Bahamutt, Chewy, and Pyrosphere. A stronger version of Drain exists called Mega Drain.
