Pikachu is the mascot of the ever popular Pokémon series, made by the company Game Freak. Although they usually hang around the Pokémon World, a particular Male Pikachu constantly visits the Mushroom Kingdom. The reason, so that it can compete in the Super Smash Bros. tournaments.
Super Smash Bros. Series
Pikachu appeared as a default character in Super Smash Bros. He was a useful player, as his electric attacks could inflict serious damage. However, his Quick Attack was his prize move, as he could escape almost every fall, if done correctly. However, he is rather light, and can be knocked off the stage easy.
Pikachu returned in Super Smash Bros. Melee, yet again as a default player. He retained all of his old moves, as well as add a new move, Skull Bash. However, His abilities are basically the same as the original. Pikachu also had clone character, Pichu, his baby partner.
Pikachu was one of the first characters revealed for Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He has been shown using Thunder Jolt, Quick Attack and Thunder. His Final Smash has been revealed as Volt Tackle. Pikachu has been voiced by Ikue Otani in all three games. She also voiced Pikachu in the Anime.

Classic
It's safe to say that Pikachu is the most famous and popular of all Pokémon. It has electric pouches in both cheeks; when in danger, it shoots electricity at its enemies. Although Pikachu can evolve into Raichu by exposure to a Thunderstone, many trainers like Pikachu so much that they don't let it evolve.
Adventure
While its electrical attacks, such as Thunder and Thunder Jolt, are powerful, Pikachu is at its best speeding around the fray and waiting for its chance to strike. You can control the path of Pikachu's two-directional Quick Attack, allowing you to jump twice. Hold down the B Button to charge up Skull Bash.
All-Star
The angle of the Control Stick controls the direction of Pikachu's Quick Attack. Pikachu will move blindingly fast, and it will also cause damage to any character it runs into. Move the Control Stick during Quick Attack and Pikachu will move in up to two directions. Be sure to check out the ceilings on the level when you use Thunder.

- In Wario Land 3, Wario collects a treasure called Pokémon Pikachu.
- Pikachu's National Pokédex number is 25.
- Pikachu's emblem in the Super Smash Bros. Series is a Pokeball.
