Don't take it personally. Since I want you to feel welcome, here's my userbox for a friend request:

- Well, for instance take this code here:
|-
|
Friends | This user is friends with (Insert Name Here) |
And then replace (Insert Name Here) with your username. Then put it on my talk page so I can put it in my userpage. And the code I gave you earlier, put it on your userpage. You might want to read the userbox page for more info. You can also replace the left side with an image (if you want). After that, we are friends! Well I suppose that is going to be an issue because I don't know how to make a user page XD.
- What part confuses you? I can guide you for a bit, especially if you're new to wikitml. But first, to create a userpage, you have to be autoconfirmed. Once you're done, you can create your userpage. I highly suggest contributing to mainspace articles (you can click on the Random Page button the sidebar under "navigation") and check for minor issues like grammar errors, lowercasing "Names in Other Languages" to "Names in other languages", cleaning up bad writing, and more. Even minor edits count! To get familiar with wikitml, you can play around in our sandbox, especially if you're planning on big-scale edits.
- Oh, and the "show preview" button is good. It's best to make edits as few times as possible, and the button helps reduce the amount to make it easier for other editors to review your edits. But if you have to make multiple edits because of mistakes you repeatedly catch, that's okay too.
- It's understandable that there's quite some policy around here, and it does take time getting familiar with it, but if you have any questions or uncertainties with your edits, don't hesitate to ask me or any other experienced users around here. Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 18:53, 9 June 2015 (EDT)
@Mario Thanks, I am really inexperienced at this. So far I only know how to do the basic of responding and changing basic text on wiki articles. The problem however is that I am so inexperienced at editing that if I were to ask you how to do everything it would take you all day :p. I couldn't possibly let you go through that painful experience. Is there a list of basic commands so I can learn how to majorly edit articles including my own? :) Thenintendostooge (talk)
