Hi, although usually, I don't mind if somebody enacted a (talk page) proposal before I get to do it, users tend to appreciate it if you ask them first before doing anything. I've seen some other users get reprimanded for enacting proposals before the proposer can do anything, so it's just a heads-up.

Proposal header

Do not create an empty proposal section like Archive 40. When the time comes to archive the proposal it will be created then, there is no need for an empty archive. Yoshi876 (talk)
