The C&D the game author received was actually because Nintendo wanted the domain name for the website where he was hosting his game. MFGG has been hosting free unauthorized Mario knockoffs for almost 15 years and has even been mentioned on TV and nobody there has ever gotten a C&D from Nintendo. I'm going to see if I can get a source on the nature of the game's C&D. - Puddin^(T|C)
