The Koopa Kid Space.

Koopa Kid Spaces were spaces from Mario Party 7. These spaces could only be created by placing Koopa Kid Orbs on a space on the board. Whenever someone landed on this space, Koopa Kid appeared to do one of these:

  • Gave the player a Cursed Mushroom.
  • Redistributed everyone's coins evenly, like a Bowser Revolution.
  • Made the plyaer swap coins with someone via the roulette wheel.
  • Used the Bowser Pipe (which was just a normal Warp Pipe with the rim looking like Bowser's shackles) to have the player switch positions with another player.
  • Made everyone switch places with one another in a spring-like fashion.
  • Shuffled everyone's Orbs like Kamek did back in Mario Party 5.

Because this space had so much bad things waiting to happen, it was obvious that there had to be as little of these spaces on the board as possible. The game always started with three Koopa Kid spaces somewhere on the board, and there were three more ways of adding one: getting a Koopa Kid Orb from an Orb Space, getting a Koopa Kid Orb from Bowser's Shop, or having getting the "Koopa Kid Space x10" in the Last Four Turns event, where Bowser made 10 more Koopa Kid spaces on the board. However, just like Character Spaces, players could remove the Koopa Kid space by putting one of their orbs on it.
