Santa, Santa Claus for long is said to be the one who gives presents to kids in Christmas. He appears in some Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episodes.

In a live action segment he goes to the Mario Bros. Plumbing house because his sled got stolen. And in a cartoon show King Koopa kidnaps him and Mario and the gang go save him.

In Rock TV, an episode of the Super Mario World animated series, Mario remembers an outlandish phone bill he got back in Brooklyn from calling the "Speak to Santa Hotline."

Trivia

Santa Claus was mentioned in Super Mario 64. His name was stated in the sign near the cabin at the of Cool Cool Mountain.

The Hollijolli Mayor greatly resembles common depictions of Santa Claus.

Hermie III mistakes Mario for Santa Claus.
