Tumble
Tumble is the character that replaces Toad as the host of mini-games in Mario Party 3. His appearence is actually very similar to that of a Toad, but he wears gloves and has a dice on his head instead a mushroom cap.
In addition to explaining mini-games and controls, Tumble will also show rge players the new location of the Millenium Star each time it is moved. He (along with the Millenium Star himself) also give out Stamps whenever a Player has won at a board.
At the end of the game, the top of Tumble's mushroom cap opens to receal the REAL Millenium Star. Some fans speculate that the Millenium Star may have been controlling Tumble from the inside, much the way the Geno doll was controlled in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Tumble re-appears as a host in Mario Party Advance
