World 25 is a forest-themed world in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 10 PM PT on Feb. 10, 2021[1], while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 10 PM PT on Feb. 24, 2021[2].

When an area is cleared, Goombas and Waddlewings appear. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, blue and yellow.

Starting with 32 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (32). The only colors available in this stage are red and yellow.

This is the first stage in stage mode to introduce rotating cannons, even though they are made available earlier (e.g.: the Bone Goomba and Conkdor assistants). When matched, rotating cannons will shoot a cannonball in the direction the muzzle is facing, but when a capsule lands without making a match, every rotating cannon will rotate 90 degrees clockwise. In this stage, the border of the square consists of rotating cannons, viruses covered in ice cubes, and Brick Blocks. In the middle, there is another rotating cannon in between rows and columns of ice containing viruses and electric exploders.

Within a 70 second time limit, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (12), collect all purple coins (19) and collect all keys (5). The only colors available in this stage are blue and pink.

In this stage, the crates form a checkered pattern with caged coins and Brick Blocks (all containing floatie viruses) as well as barrels containing keys in between. The topmost row contains barrels containing doors and uncaged coins. The ninth row contains pop cannons that are in the same columns as those uncaged purple coins.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 4 coins in the topmost row.
  2. The 5 coins in row #6.
  3. The 5 coins in row #4.
  4. The 5 coins in row #2.

Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and a Staff Ticket.

Starting with 28 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (24) and collect all keys (20).

In this stage, keys and doors are grouped by four in four columns. The first two groups visible when the stage starts have bubbles containing viruses, where the doors are also inside bubbles. The third group which is partially visible contains Brick Blocks in between the keys and doors. The last two groups are only visible after the stage scrolls far enough, where the left side has viruses in between the keys and doors while the right side has crates and colorful crates in between the keys and doors.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 5 lines are introduced.

Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Donkey Kong.
