1989 Mushroom Kingdom massacre

In what became known as the 1989 Mushroom Kingdom massacre, the Toad army armed with Fire Flowers and accompanied by Banzai Bill Cannons fired at the demonstrators and those trying to block the Koopa Troop's advance into Peach's Castle.

The protests were precipitated by the death of pro-reform Bowser's Democracy Party (BDP) general secretary Bowser's Brother in April 1989 amid the drop of Super Mario Land for Nintendo Gameboy in post-Mushroom King era, reflecting anxieties among the Toads and political elite about the kingdom's future. Common grievances at the time included inflation of regional coins, corruption, and restrictions on political participation. Although they were highly disorganized and their power-ups varied, the Toads called for the im-peach-ment of Princess Peach, democracy, freedom of the press, and freedom of speech. At the height of the protests, about one million Toads assembled in the Peach's Castle.

As the protests developed, Princess Peach responded with both damaging and hardline power-ups, exposing deep divisions within the Mushroom Kingdom leadership. By May, a Toad-led hunger strike galvanized support around the kingdom for the demonstrators, and the protests spread to some 400 castles. Among the Peach's top leadership, Premier Toadette, Luigi and Captain Toad called for decisive action through violent suppression of the protesters, and ultimately managed to win over Leader Princess Peach and President Toadsworth to their side. On 20 May, the Kingdom Council declared boss battle mode. They mobilized as many as ~300,000 Toad troops to the Mushroom Kingdom. The troops advanced into central parts of Peach's Castle in the early morning hours of 4 June, killing both demonstrators and civil Goombas in the process. The military operations were under the overall command of Princess Peach, half-sister of President Toadsworth. Donkey Kong was later executed.

The Bowser's Democracy Party condemned the Mushroom Kingdom government for the massacre. BDP imposed Bullet Bill and Bob-omb embargoes on the Mushroom Kingdom. Peach's leadership made widespread Game Overs of protesters and their supporters, nuked Goomba Woods, strengthened the police and added more underwater levels. More broadly, the suppression ended the videogame reforms begun in 1986 and halted the creation of future 2D Mario games of the 1990s, which were only partly resumed after New Super Mario Bros. in 2006.

("The real war crime here is that they spelled 'Game Boy' as two words. Say, what did Donkey Kong do that resulted in his execution? Eat too many bananas?")

A Mario Halloween

It's Halloween. Mario and friends are thinking it's going to it's a scary night.Until the mummy of Toadsworth's brother returns to haunt the Living.

Baby Birdo

Baby Birdo is the baby form of Birdo. Baby Birdo has yet to appear in any Mario games. She is one of the only babies not to be a star child. She looks extremely similar to her older self, except for her personal bow. Birdo.jpg A photograph of the current appearance of Baby Birdo.

("You know...by coincidence, this image is actually extremely accurate to the real deal. The only thing really different is the respective colors of her pacifier and her shoes. That's all." - Toadette the Achiever (talk))

("And then later, another real deal's artwork is getting closer to its "source material", with the colors of her pacifier and her shoes. Even her pose is strangely similar. Just remove her white lab coat." - Infinite8 (talk))

Baby Rosalina is the baby version of galaxy princess, Rosalina. She hasn't been in very many games. Her most famous appearance is in Diaper Duty 2: The Eggs. Baby Rosalina appears in the Super Baby Partners Squad game. She helps Baby Mario & Baby Luigi rescue Baby Peach & Baby Daisy from Baby Bowser by giving them special abilities and a few hints. She becomes a playable character after the game is completed.

"Crotch-Face Guy"

"Crotch-Face Guy" is a character that appears in the episode "Robo Koopa/Captain Lou is Missing" of the "Super Mario Bros. Super Show!" "Crotch-Face Guy" is a mysterious character, and many wonder what his true identity is. It is thought that, following the storyline of the live-action episode that pairs with "Robo Koopa", "Crotch-Face Guy" may actually be Captain Lou Albano hiding from Cyndi Lauper. However, it is later discovered that Captain Lou Albano was actually out getting some "Good Fried Chicken", and would return in an hour. This leaves viewers wondering who this "Crotch-Face Guy" really is.

Some believe this "Crotch-Face Guy" to be the Margarine Man, but it was later discovered in the song Mr. Roboto" by Styx that the Margarine Man, in reality, was Kilroy the neighbor. Could Kilroy be both "Crotch-Face Guy" and the Margarine Man? Is this the Margarine Man's "Secret Secret, he's got a Secret?" Could there be others? Is Kilroy posing as people you know in your life? He could be anywhere.

The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! was originally thought to be safe from characters such as Kilroy, and most especially "Crotch-Face Guy". Perhaps this was the cause of the show's cancellation. Could "Crotch-Face Guy" actually be Captain Lou Albano's mother? So many questions unanswered and so much confusion over one "Crotch-Face Guy".

Mario (species)

Mario (species)

Marios are identical mustachioed human race who love to play with each other, or any Nintendo characters including the real Mario. They first appear in the upcoming game called Mario's Mirror Mania, where he is divided into eight of them with many colors.

Biology

A Mario's best feature is his moustache, which keeps him cute and playful. While playing with him, you'll pull his moustache, stretch it back and let it go to drive him nuts. Just like Mario, his species use to jump, run, slide and kick their way. They probably hug and take care of each other while they have white gloves, along with their color. Marios also have eyes, these are related to Mario's. He himself has blue, and the others' have different colored, except for the others in Super Smash Bros Brawl.

Four different costumes of Mario in Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Outfit Pigment

The color of their hat and shirt can be anything, even black and white. They can change their color by grabbing a fireflower, and yet their colors are related to Yoshis or the Neopets from the Neopets website. In the Super Smash Bros series, a player changes one of a Mario's five or six colors when they chose him. In the upcoming game Mario's Mirror Mania, Marios had abilities depending on their color and Mirror Mushrooms. If a Pink Mario gets a Mirror Mushroom, it could hurl love-hearts at foes. If a Green Mario gets a Mirror Mushroom, it could use earthquake. Their overalls' color is in conjuction with their clothes, except their pair of brown shoes; a red Mario has blue overalls, a blue Mario has pink overalls, ect.

(Yep, this is an evolution of the Double Cherry. I heard that E. Gadd mistakenly puts a Double Cherry in his machine, give it to Mario and BOOM. Tsunami (talk))

Mooke

mooke is a kind if goomba that does not appear in any game because they are stupid and dumb. they were supposed to appear in mario & luigi partners in time but their roles were occupied by the shroobs, so thats why they dont appear in any game

Pirate Goombaa

Pirate Goombaa is an upgraded version of Pirate Goomba.

Rainbow Shell

"I'm Rainbow Shell, and I love Wendy!"

Spine Koopa, Super Mario Kworlds

Rainbow Shell is the tenth koopaling of Bowser's. He is a the only koopa with cruches. He has hair almost like Ludwig's, exept it has pointed edges. Rainbow Shell is in world eight with Bowser, his castle is Koopa Clown Car shaped at the bottom, and the top like the Reznor's fortress.

("Who's the 9th Koopaling?")

("Boom Boom, according to Prima's guide for Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3." - Shadic 34 (talk))

Rey boo

Rey Boo seems a bit on Big Boo. He has his eyes are closed, but... he is lighter, and then he will again be the same color!

("This makes no sense.")

Smash Planet

Smash Planet was a game originally going to be a game for the Nintendo Gamecube. It was announced at E3 2004 and an in issue of Nintendo Power in August 2005. Fans were waiting for the game but it never came. For unknown reasons it was announced cancelled. It's possibe that its elements went in for Super Smash Bros. Brawl because Wario and Ike were originally going to appear in Smash Planet and they're playabe characters in Brawl.

Spiky paragoomba

Spiky Paragoomba, hmmmmmmm? Never heard of it. It doesn't exsist. But for the fun of it, I made a page for it. HP is 3 Attack is 5 and Defense is 2. Pretty cool huh? Spiky paragoomba.jpg

("Someone give this man a medal.")

Super Mario RPG DS

Super Mario RPG DS was the planned remake of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for the Nintendo DS. It was going to be released in the summer of 2008. Trailers of the game were released at E3 2007, but, due to legal resaons with Nintendo's co-partner, Square, the game could not be released. It seems the game was going to be an exact remake of the orignial even with the same graphics.

Rumors

Yoshiaki Koizumi, the director of Super Mario 3D Land has suggested that he would like to see Super Mario Sunshine in 3D, along with the Galaxy games. The world may always think Sunshine would be the more realistic choice, but the world may never think think it’s too necessary considering the existence of Super Mario 3D Land. Either way, here’s the full quote:

I can say that I really would like to see a lot of those games that use 3D worlds on 2D display just so I could see what they look like in 3D and see what kind of different experiences people would have playing through them on a 3D display. So in that sense I would love to see Sunshine and both Galaxy games presented in 3D, and a lot of the Zelda [games] would be interesting too.

Super Smash Bros. DS

Super Smash Bros. DS is an idea Masahiro Sakurai came up with in an interview about Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but is not an actual upcoming Smash Bros. game for the Nintendo DS, but it may become one. The Interview was with a magazine called Edge.

("Oh great, an article about an idea." - Cobold (talk))

Talk:Sweeps Week

Idea: All Swept Out

A new idea I had for my fanmade game WarioWare Gold: Platinum Edition. All Swept Out is a fuller, minigame version of Sweeps Week, and four players try to make the curling stone reach the farthest in a time limit of 3 minutes. I first had this idea when I found out Sweeps Week had an unused, longer music track stored with the other minigames.

Rules:

4 players will use their styluses to make the curling stone go the farthest in a time limit of 3 minutes. The player who made their curling stone go the farthest wins.

Unlocking criteria: Clear Young Cricket & Master Mantis' stage.

Wario's Poop

Wario's Poop is yellow and will appear in Mario Kart Wii and Wario Kart Superstarspeed

Is a player in Wario Kart Wiim he is yellow

("I wonder how well a pile of crap can drive." - Stooben Rooben (talk))

("Well, I wouldn't give him the cup, if he wins" - Megadardery (talk))

("To be fair, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled had the Iron Checkpoint Crate as a playable driver, so Mario Kart could make objects playable drivers too if they wanted. Then again, I doubt they'd skip over iconic objects like the ? Block in favor of a stinking pile of yellow-colored feces that hasn't appeared in anything before. But then again, Pink Gold Peach also hadn't appeared in anything before, and some fans would think she's a stinking pile of feces too..." Arend (talk)
