Template:Levelbox Acorn Plains Way, or Acorn Plains-1, is the first course of Acorn Plains, and subsequently, the first course of New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. It is unlocked from the beginning of the game, and its completion unlocks Tilted Tunnel. This is also the location of the first Nabbit chase, triggered upon completion of Stone-Eye Zone.

The course is a grassy level, filled with pipes, Piranha Plants, blue platforms that move up and down, and has many secrets that can be found by moving vertically with power-ups such as the Flying Squirrel Suit or Balloon Baby Yoshi. There are two sub-levels, one that takes place in a bonus room in the sky, another underground, and both of those sub-levels contain Star Coins. The Acorn Tree and Peach's Castle can be seen in the background.
