Snowfall Mountain
Template:Tennis court Snowfall Mountain is a court in Mario Tennis Aces. Mountains, icy trees, and icy houses are seen in the background. Toads and Goombas appear as spectators. Various Toads and the Toad-shaped snowmen serves as line judges, and a Toad sitting on a mailbox serves as the court's referee. The court's gimmick is that Koopa Troopas, Goombas, and Shy Guys will walk in the center of the court, some of which carry rackets and will hit the ball back if it comes their way.
In-game description
- "A bustling square in front of the train station. Keep a close eye on those Shy Guys, who will hide among the commuters and hit the ball back!"
Adventure Mode
In Adventure Mode, Snowfall Mountain is the fourth area visited. Mario and Toad come here searching for the third Power Stone. In order to reach Snowfall Mountain, they must board a train, but not before purging it of a group of Shy Guys who have taken it over. Later, Mario faces a Shy Guy in a tennis match, who then informs him of a treasure hidden at the top of the mountain, but also warns him of a monster guarding it, which turns out to be the Snow Ogre. Mario must defeat it to obtain the Power Stone here. This area also has two optional missions; one where Mario needs to hit the ball 25 times without missing or letting Shy Guy hit it, and another where he must hit panels until he scores 800 points. Completing the latter mission rewards Mario with the Ice Racket.
