Pichu.
Pichu is an unlockable playable character in Super Smash Bros. Melee and possibly Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Pichu is the pre-evolved form of Pikachu.
Pichu is a less favorable character as it is the lightest and it is easily thrown off the board. Also, many of its attacks cause itself to take damage. However, it is usually good for fighting larger enemies.

- B ↑ - Agility
- B ↓ - Thunder Bolt
Trivia
It is one of the Johto Pokémon first introduced in the games, Pokémon Gold and Silver. It is Number 172 in the National Pokédex.
