Koopa King

The Koopa King is Bowser's kart in Mario Kart: Double Dash!! and is a default kart. It is a very big and heavy kart, and one of two six-wheelers in the game, the other being the Barrel Train.
According to the in-game stats, the Koopa King has the highest top speed, and the lowest acceleration, making it a bad pick for simple courses, such as Baby Park. It is also one of the heaviest karts in the game; its weight is tied with the Piranha Pipes and Boo Pipes.
In actuality, the Koopa King accelerates a bit better than the Green Fire and DK Jumbo karts, making it the third weakest accelerator. And despite having a five star speed stat, the Koopa King's speed is really tied with that of the Green Fire, Bullet Blaster, DK Jumbo, Piranha Pipes, and Parade Kart. Lastly, the Barrel Train can actually outspeed the Koopa King, but that is mostly due to its bad traction.
