Liar Ball

The Liar Ball was a special ball that Waluigi could pitch and hit in Mario Superstar Baseball. The move allowed Waluigi to throw both a regular baseball and an eggplant, confusing the batter as to which to hit. When batting, Waluigi would hit both an eggplant and a baseball, confusing the fielders as to which ball to catch. It is a copy of Wario's Phony Ball move.

Waluigi's bio in Mario Baseball says that, "The eggplant that [the] Liar Ball delivers is said to have the power to make those who touch it lose their lunches."

Waluigi must obtain a Whiskered Eggplant in Challenge Mode of Mario Superstar Baseball before he could use this move.
