I think this article needs another image, not artwork from another game. I am removing the image until someone can find an image from SSBM. Remember, images are just like content, need to be in a Mario game.Knife (talk) 20:55, 9 March 2007 (EST)

Needed? I though all Pokemon info had to go in the Pokeball article. - Ultimatetoad 20:57, 9 March 2007 (EST)

Yeah, but it's a "stage" in Trophy Tussle 2, so it's needed. Tadaa!2.gifPlumber, darkgreenTadaaa!.gif

I agree with plumber. Luigibros2

This article should be merged into one of 3 articles:

1. Pokemon

2. Poke Ball

3. Or an entirely new on titled: Legendary Pokemon MisterJaffffeyPeteyPiranhaBanana.gif G0 Entei

No, we have articles for stages; Entei is a stage. That would be like merging Final Destination with Master Hand.Tadaa!2.gifPlumberTadaaa!.gif 23:36, 22 December 2008 (EST)

Merge to Pókemon

This article should be merged with the Pokémon article, since most of the pokémons of the series belong to such article. On a side note, Super Smash Bros. is not exactly part of the Mario games. -- ¢oincollctor rsitem209.png 03:53, 7 July 2009 (EDT)

This discussion has been held before, and the reason we aren't going to do that is because he is a stage in Trophy Tussle 2. That gives him a higher importance than the other Pokemon in this game (playable ones aside). Dodoman (talk)

Merge Entei into Pokémon

This should be clear. All pokémons (excluding pokémon characters of the SSB series) were merged and this the only I've seen that is still a page on its own.

Merge

  1. Coincollector (talk) - As said above
  2. WikiGuest (talk) - Since it is just a one time stage, and cannot be played normally, and is also just a Trophy and a Pokeball release during normal gameplay, I think that we should just make a note of it being a stage on the Pokemon page.
  3. Knife (talk) The stage is not really named Entei but rather is fought on an unnamed stage which features an Entei figure (e.g. Entei is pretty much a cameo). Also, being a big article is not an argument; the only part relevant to the stage itself is a small paragraph. Plus, the article contains some information not covered by the SSB series (Where in the SSB series is it ever stated that Entei is genderless? Of course I do know that Entei is in fact genderless, but it is extra unnecessary information and not allowed by MarioWiki:Coverage).
  4. BabyLuigiOnFire (talk) Per the consistency! I think...
  5. Red Shell 68066vr (talk) It actually says it is a Pokemon. and Per Knife.

Do not Merge

  1. Gamefreak75 (talk) Actually, Entei is a stage in SSBM, and if we merge this, we'd have to merge Majora's Mask also.
  2. Supermariofan14 (talk) - It's a pretty big article. Imagine doing that with all the other Pokémons.
  3. Reversinator (talk) It's a stage, and we're keeping articles on stages.

Comments

@ Gamefreak: Sure? Oh, I see. Well, let's see if this proposal passes anyway. In case this happens, we should apply some changes on those articles then. ¢oincollctor rsitem209.png

There was a proposal about this issue: see here. Time Questions 06:06, 19 February 2010 (EST)

And let me guess, *rolls eyes*, we're gonna have to make articles on Wooper, Onix, Sudowoodo, Venusaur and all the other Pokemon on the Poke Floats page because they were all stages/platforms...>.>--FREAK ~Game GameBros.png Freak~ OUT!
Technically, they were platforms, and we're not making articles on all the platforms. Hello, I'm Time Turner.
